APDC is hiring an Office Manager.
The office manager is responsible for overall agency office activities including front desk reception area, facilities management, mail (incoming/outgoing), ordering of supplies, equipment, and furniture. This position is also responsible for coordinating additional office services as identified.
This person must be an open minded, highly organized and energetic self-starter requiring minimal daily supervision with the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities in order to ensure office efficiency at all times. This person should be able to interface with culturally diverse staff and clients in a professional manner.
